Neville De Alwis has been involved in the tools and fasteners industry for over 30 years.

Starting with an Australian owned national company called Jambro and then moving onto Paslode and subsequently to Airco fasteners for approximately 12 years as their Victorian manager.

He Launched Excel-Fast which was a supplier of tools and fastener to buying groups such as along with hardware stores, Hardware Stores, and larger manufacturing companies which included RV manufacturers. Subsequently, Tools-n-All was birthed several years ago to offer a quality range of products at extraordinarily competitive prices direct to manufacturing companies.
